Attorneys:
- Graduated from law school with a J.D. or LL.M. Degree;
- Admitted to practice in US (NY) or China;
- Law firm working experiencenot mandatary but preferred;
- Familiar with formal legal writing styles in both Chinese and English and able to draft legal documentsindependently;
- Excellent communication skills and strong team spirit;
- Self-motivated, professional, physically fit and able to work under substantial pressure;
- Working permit is required; qualified candidate may be sponsored for H-1b.
Paralegals/ Legal Assistants:
- Graduated froma law school or a paralegal certificate program from a college;
- Law Firm working experience is preferred;
- Excellent communication skills and strong team spirit;
- Bilingual (English / Chinese);
- Working permit is required; qualified candidate may be sponsored for H-1b.
Interns:
We may have internship available from time to time, which may include short term intern, program intern, summer intern and long term intern (up to one year). Internship may be paid or unpaid. Intern will be provided a referral letter upon satisfactory completion of the internship and may lead to a law firm position when available.
